Tula Hot Yoga Denver

Tula Hot Yoga Denver

In this offering we will embody yoga as a way to heal through your physical, emotional and spiritual layers of practice, so you can walk in a more balanced way on this earth. We work with core strength, alignment, meridian lines and energy pathways in a heated room (90 degrees). Honoring Mother Nature and her kingdoms, we will journey with guided visualizations in our yoga practice to receive healing and teachings from Mother Earth and her Ways. Unlike the Hot Practice, these classes will be presented with different postures each session using some weight bearing on hands and arms. This is a very healing practice, be sure to let your instructor know of any hand, arm, shoulder injuries.

If our regularly scheduled classes don’t fit your schedule, if you are a beginner looking to jumpstart your practice, if you are working through an injury or recovering from surgery, or if you are looking to take your practice to the next level, please contact the studio to schedule your private session. 60 or 90 minute sessions, private or semi private (2-4 people) available.

Denver Bikram Yoga

Denver Bikram Yoga

Bikram’s Beginning Yoga Class is a demanding series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises practiced in a heated room, which is suitable for all ages and levels of ability. Each posture stretches and strengthens specific muscles, ligaments, and joints needed for the next posture. The Bikram method also systematically stimulates the organs, glands and nerves, moving fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of the body, restoring all systems to a healthy working order.

Bikram yoga promotes the balancing and strengthening of every system in the body in order to prevent illness and injury, promote weight loss, and limit the effects of aging. The series of postures combines skills of concentration, patience, determination and self-control, that increase mental clarity and reduce stress. Bikram yoga is done in a heated room to warm your muscles, prevent injury, allow a deeper workout and cleanse the body by flushing toxins.
