Deep Stretch Yoga

Deep stretch yoga is a practice for the legs, back, and hips. This session invites you on the mat to go deeper. This yoga practice is great for the lower back and the hips! Lean in, breathe deep, stretch it out, and connect to something big.

Sunset Bike Tours

Experience the Magic of Miami like no other! Join a guided tour hunting down the Sun and catch ocean breezes in the process. Meeting point will be located at the Outdoor Center today at 5:45pm and travel along The Bear Cut Bridge to catch the sun set over the horizon! It is a beautiful experience. At a leisurely pace, this ride is a round trip of 4.5 miles. Participants are welcome to hang out after the ride and bring something to eat or drink, as there will be a fridge and grill available on site.
