The lobby of the Paraiso District, Gran Paraiso, was designed by Italian superstar Piero Lissoni, who also conceptualized designs for the community’s single Paraiso development, as well as Guetta’s upper penthouse unit. Which makes it no surprise to hear that the high-rise community sold out under construction.

Residents of GranParaiso will enjoy unparalleled social and leisure-centered amenities such as a 100-foot zero entry circular pool, tennis courts, outdoor yoga and Pilates room, putting green, children’s pool, fitness and spa, bowling lanes, virtual golf, theatre, wine tasting salon, and cigar room, among others.  All residences will feature spacious flow-through bay front layouts with 10-foot ceilings and 12-foot on penthouse floors.
